How do I sign up?
Tap Sign up, enter your name, email and a password, and agree to the terms. You can browse odds without an account, but you need one to bet.
How do I add money?
Log in and tap Request PHP +. Enter the amount, choose a payment method (for example GCash), and send the money to the account or QR code shown. Then enter the GCash reference number or upload a screenshot of the receipt and submit.
How long does it take?
Your balance is credited once our team checks the payment. You can follow the request on your dashboard.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes, on your first cash-in you can choose a bonus. The bonus has a betting requirement: you need to bet a set amount before you can withdraw. Your dashboard shows your progress. Only settled bets at the minimum odds shown with the offer count.
How do I place a bet?
Tap the odds you want. It goes into your Bet Slip. Enter your stake, check the return, then tap Place Bet and Confirm Bet.
Single or multi bet?
A single bet is one pick. A multi bet (parlay) combines picks from different games; the odds multiply, but every pick must win.
What do spread and total mean?
Spread: the line is added to your team's score (−7.5 means the team must win by 8 or more). Total: Over or Under the combined points of both teams. Full-game bets include overtime.
Why is there a padlock on the odds?
That market is suspended for a moment, usually while prices update or after a game has started. It reopens on its own.
Can I cancel a bet?
No. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
When are bets settled?
After the game ends and the official final score is confirmed. Winnings go to your balance automatically. You can check every bet under My Bets.
How do I withdraw?
Tap Withdraw on your dashboard, enter the amount and your GCash name and number. The amount leaves your balance right away and is sent once our team processes it. You can have one pending withdrawal at a time.
Why can't I withdraw yet?
If you took the welcome bonus, you need to finish its betting requirement first. Your dashboard shows how much is left.
