Postponed Matches: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your bet remains active and valid provided the match takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time.
Cancellations: If an event is officially cancelled, or is not played within the 24-hour window, all active wagers on that event will be declared Void.
How Refunds Work: * For Single Bets, your full stake will be instantly refunded to your account balance.
For Multi-Bets (Parlays), the cancelled selection will be settled at odds of 1.00. The rest of your ticket remains active with the adjusted payout.
Official Results: Settlement and refunds are based strictly on the official governing body's immediate rulings. Subsequent protests or overturned decisions will not alter the refund settlement.
Arbitrage Betting: This includes placing conflicting wagers on all possible outcomes of an event (either entirely on our platform or in combination with external sites) to exploit price differences.
Account Review & Sanctions: If our risk management systems detect patterns of arbitrage betting, syndication, or the use of automated betting software (bots), we reserve the right to:
Void any pending or settled wagers associated with the activity.
Withhold and confiscate any winnings generated from prohibited practices.
Suspend or permanently close the offending user account.
Refund Limitation: If an account is terminated due to arbitrage or fraud, the platform reserves the right to refund only the user’s remaining initial deposit, minus any applicable processing fees.
While we strive for perfection, technical glitches or human errors can occur. We reserve the right to void any wager and refund the stake if a bet was accepted at a price or line that was obviously incorrect at the time of placement (e.g., inverted home/away odds or misplaced decimals).

No Buyer's Remorse: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded at the user's request. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
